Is there any nicotine or tobacco?
No. Ignite Energy Pouches are nicotine-free and tobacco-free. The active ingredient is caffeine.
Do I swallow the pouch?
No. Tuck it under your upper lip, keep it in for up to 30 minutes, then remove it and throw it away. Don't chew or swallow the pouch.
How many can I use in a day?
Ignite recommends no more than 4 pouches per day. Keep track of coffee, energy drinks and other caffeine you have too.
Who shouldn't use them?
