At Ebb N Flow Outdoors, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund guidelines below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • All tags, labels, and accessories are included.

  • The return request is made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items that cannot be returned include:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Used, damaged, or altered items

  • Items not in original packaging

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at ebbnflowoutdoors@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.

  2. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with approval and return instructions.

  3. Once approved, ship the item back to the provided return address.

Important:
 Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide photos and your order number.

We will replace the item free of charge or offer a full refund.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

If your return is not approved due to use, damage, or missing components, it may be returned to you at your cost.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
 To exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After that, the order may already be in processing and cannot be canceled.
