Shipping policy

At Ebb N Flow Outdoors, we strive to deliver your gear quickly and reliably so you can get out and enjoy your next adventure. Below is our shipping policy for your convenience:

Processing Times

• Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after purchase (excluding weekends and holidays).

• Orders placed after 2 PM will begin processing the next business day.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Use the link provided to track your package.

Shipping Restrictions

• We currently ship within the United States (or specify regions).

• We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Lost or Damaged Packages

While we take every measure to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, accidents happen. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at ebbnflowoutdoors@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
