How is the Ebb N Flow Gift Card delivered?

Your gift card is delivered digitally by email, straight to the recipient's inbox (or yours, if you'd like to print or forward it yourself). There's nothing to ship and no waiting on the mail.

Does the Ebb N Flow Gift Card expire?

No. Ebb N Flow Gift Cards never expire, so the recipient can use it whenever they're ready to gear up.

What can it be used on?

Any product in our store, no exclusions. It can also be combined with other Ebb N Flow gift cards on the same order.

Does my gift card need to cover the full purchase amount?

No. This is one of the biggest differences from a prepaid Visa gift card. With an Ebb N Flow Gift Card, the balance is simply applied to your order, and you can pay the remaining balance with another payment method. A prepaid Visa gift card, on the other hand, generally needs to carry a balance sufficient to cover the entire transaction, or the payment may be declined at checkout.

A prepaid Visa gift card works like a bank card with a fixed, loaded balance. Many retailers require the card to cover the full order amount in a single transaction, since it's processed like a credit or debit card. Our Ebb N Flow Gift Card works differently: it's store credit tied directly to your account at checkout, so any remaining balance can simply roll over to a future order, and you're never required to have enough loaded to cover an entire purchase in one go.

Can I combine an Ebb N Flow Gift Card with other gift cards?

Yes. Ebb N Flow Gift Cards can be stacked with other Ebb N Flow gift cards in the same order.

Where do I enter my gift card code?

You can enter your gift card code in the "Gift card or discount code" box during checkout, or in your account wallet if you're signed in.
